Speaking to their Live Chat I was assisted by the same consultant twice, and both times they were rather abrupt, but efficient enough. The first time I was assisted immediately, the second time I had to wait a few minutes, but it was not excessively long, and the consultant was ready to assist when it was my turn. Also, if you are in the queue to be assisted, you are giving a queue count. I was second in the queue and it took roughly 2 minutes to be assisted. Not a terrible wait time.

While spooling through the pages, the response time is great. It is not a heavy website with loads of images and details so moving from one page to another.
