When you open up the webpage you are welcomed by an Arabian themed look and feel with black, gold and white being the main colors. There is a smartly dressed masculine figure on the home page and the logo is a simple white text with a crown on the “E” showing royalty. It comes across as the more sophisticated member of the family, which has a strong formal feel to it. The imagery on the site is even neatly set up and placed very orderly.
You are prompted to register as soon as you open the page. There are options on which bonus you can choose, and if you have a bonus code you would like to use. I opted for “without a bonus” when registering.
Account Setup
As soon as you open the casino you are informed you will need to create an account. It is an easy process and I will take you through how I did the registration:
-
Step 1: I selected “without a bonus” and click on Next
-
Step 2: Insert your email address, username and password
-
Step 3: Insert your personal information - this is a lengthy process.
-
Step 4: Accept the terms and conditions and then click on “Create New Account”
You are asked to verify your email address before being able to sign into the casino. This email came straight to my inbox and was easily identifiable. As soon as you have registered your account, you are prompted to make a deposit. This is not a very good look for a casino since we naturally like to take a look around at the offerings before jumping in head first.
Coins and Payments
When you sign into the account you will see three different balances available to you at the top right hand corner under the bright green “Deposit” button. Your Balance, your Sport Bonus and your Casino Bonus. These are separated so you can manage your playthrough or wagering requirements on any bonuses received and this will help you manage your expectations when it comes to crypto gambling. EmirBet is a hybrid casino which allows you to use a card to make a deposit or the option I have chosen, Crypto.
The accepted Crypto currencies are: USDT, BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, XLM, LINK, USDC.
You will need to select the amount you wish to deposit before choosing the exact Crypto Currency you would like to deposit.
I have opted for USDT using TRC20 as this is a quick and cheap crypto coin to use when gambling.
My deposit took 2 minutes to arrive into my EmirBet account, which is great for this depositing method. I was not able to win and earn a withdrawal, but in order to process a withdrawal, you will need to provide thorough KYC information.
You will need to upload a copy of your ID or driver’s licence as well as proof of address in the form of a utility bill or any other document that shows your full name and residential address. Due to not being able to withdraw, I didn’t follow through with this requirement. Minimum withdrawal limitations range from €10 - €20 depending on the withdrawal method, and this is only confirmed once you have submitted your required KYC documentation. There is a 24 - 72 hour pending period for withdrawals, which is excessive for this day and age. Crypto deposits and withdrawals are not exempt from this pending period, it is a blanket review placed on all withdrawals.
Games
EmirBet offers over 3000 games including Sports betting, Virtual Betting, Live Betting, eSports, Live Casino, TV Games and Casino games.
For the casino games, they use the services of 48 game providers, Live Casino has 6 different providers, TV games has 2 providers,Virtual Sports has 2 providers and a large selection of Sports and eSports betting options.
The Casino games are well segmented by Top Games, Hot, New games, Table Games, Video Poker, Jackpot Games, Megaways Slots, Feature Titles, Bonus Buys and Casual Games.
The Sports and eSports betting offers Live games, Football, Tennis, Basketball, Counter Strike, Call of Duty, League of Legends and many many more betting options.
There is also what they have called a “Mini Casino” which you can locate under the Sports, eSports and Live Betting sections which hosts the Crash and provably fair games. EmirBet separates Live Casino and Live Betting which is an interesting feature they offer.
Promotions
EmirBet casino relies on bonus code claiming, so be sure to claim the code before making the deposit so you are entitled to the bonus offering. You are able to contact Live Chat if you have forgotten or misplaced the code you wish to claim, but you are strictly forbidden from claiming a bonus on a deposit which has already been wagered. They make this very clear in their terms and conditions of each bonus. With EmirBet’s strong hold on both Sports and Casino, they offer separate promotions to cater for both areas of the casino.

This bonus is a 4 tiered offering:

This bonus has a maximum amount of up to €50 (or equivalent). The minimum deposit amount is €20 . Wagering is 5 times the deposit amount. You will need to achieve the rollover before the bonus is credited to the account.
Seasonal Promotions
At the time of writing this article, EmirBet is running a Christmas promotion of 24 different match bonus types, with occasional free spins in the mix.
There is no Loyalty program at EmirBet, which is disappointing. EmirBet does have a VIP team who will contact you should you be highlighted as a VIP or Potential VIP and they will offer you the benefits. There is no additional information made available online regarding these benefits and when I asked Live Chat about it, they were quite cagey with information, so please do let us know if you come across any further information regarding this.
Customer Support
EmirBet offers 24/7 Live Chat support which is helpful, fast and friendly. I opened two different chats on two separate dates, and both agents were really helpful and friendly.
You can also contact them using email where you will receive a response in under 2 hours (on average). There are no social media links available on the site which could point us into their alternative methods of communication.
Geos and Languages
The casino is available in English, German, Portuguese, Italian, French, Norwegian, Finnish, Canadian English and Arabic.
There are strict rules regarding the countries that are not allowed to play with EmirBet Casino. Bulgaria, France and its Territories, Israel, The Netherlands and its Territories, the United States, and its Territories are not allowed to play at EmirBet and VPNs are not allowed.
Website Response Time
The website has a few lags when moving between the different game types, from Casino to Sportsbook for example. This could be for a number of reasons, but the site is quite “heavy” with graphics and algorithms running in the background. I took the site for a run through on our trusted website performance tester and it came back with some alarming low results. The image sizes and cache policy were flagged as the biggest concerns.
Platform Compatibility
EmirBet doesn’t offer an app version, but it is available to play on Mac, PC and Mobile.
When you open up EmirBet on your phone, you see the same setup, no different to the webpage version. The same smartly dressed fellow, with the same neatly placed elements. The transfer between portrait and landscape modes is noticeable with a few delays when moving between the different formats, but nothing game breaking.
A few of the games didn’t work as required, which is most likely a game provider issue, but it was quite uncomfortable to play casino games in portrait mode instead of landscape which is how I prefer to play casino games on my phone.
Security and Community reputation
The community is not very keen on EmirBet casino. Since it is rather new, there is no mention of EmirBet on Bitcointalk.org but when looking at other sites, there are very low ratings on other sites like AskGamblers and Casino Guru. With their age, EmirBet still needs to develop a stronger connection with the community, if possible. Their lack of responsible gambling tools and limited withdrawals come up often when looking for other feedback. Besides the use of a username and password, there aren't any other safety or security measures in place.
Alternatives
For a more established, whale friendly casino, we suggest you try these alternatives:
-
Duelbits: This has a VIP program which is open for everyone to start using from the first deposit and wager. They include instant, daily, weekly and monthly rewards.
-
BetPlay: This casino has a great VIP program which grows in value as you grow in the casino. It is also a USA friendly casino which adds to the benefits of playing here.
Conclusion
EmirBets is the youngest member of the group and it will take some time for it to grow and develop into its own brand. There are more red flags than I would like to see at an Online casino, but they do have a great comfortable interface which has minor issues which can be ironed out. With its Invite Only VIP program, it seems like it would take many deposits and gambling hours to achieve this goal so be wary when investing into this new brand. Personally, I won’t be returning to EmirBet due to the high pending period for withdrawals, and the KYC requirement leaves a bad taste in my mouth, but as we always say, if you want to check them out, go in slow and steady.
