Coins and Payments
Crypto-Games offers crypto coins as their depositing and withdrawing options. There is also an option to purchase crypto using the Changelly exchange. There is a transaction fee and slight delay when using this exchange channel.
The currencies available to deposit and withdraw with are: BTC, USDT (ERC20 and TRC20), ETH, USDC, TRX, LTC, DOGE and XRP.
Each currency has its own wallet where you will need to manage. If you deposit in a specific currency, you will need to withdraw in the same currency. If you get a bonus or prize in a different currency, it will remain in that wallet and there is no way to exchange this in the casino. All games are played in USD so the currency will exchange accordingly. This helps keep the gaming fair across the board for all currency players.

Crypto-Games offers Live Chat between 12:00 and 20:00 CET. You will need to go through an AI or Bot to get to an agent, but it wasn’t a hassle for me to do that. It took the representative 8 minutes to answer me though, and then when I asked my question relating to the loyalty bonus, I was just told to look at a certain section in the casinos menu. No real help was provided.
Even after looking through those pages, I was not able to locate the reason I was not improving on my loyalty rank.

Crypto-Games.io’s terms don’t clearly list restricted countries and point only to its Costa Rica licence. In our test, registration was open from UK, Australian and US connections. That doesn’t make it legal or safe there: those countries restrict offshore online gambling, and some game providers (such as NetEnt) block those regions, so some games won’t load. If your country restricts online gambling, don’t register. Using a VPN to get around a restriction breaches most casinos’ terms and gives them grounds to withhold a balance.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a really long time. It responded really quickly and was a smooth transition between pages with little to no stuttering between pages.
