When you open the site initially, you are prompted to set up an account, it doesn’t show you much about the casino itself, but instead a few promotional options and ways you can register your account.

Games
Pin-Up has made it very easy to locate their game variety. There is a menu on the left hand side which is well separated, along with other menus with those categories. When you click on Casino, you will see a bar at the bottom of the screen which shows the most recent wins by other players. Which games they won and the amount they won. It is a constant update, and could be quite distracting, but the format is small enough to ignore. I find it quite helpful that they have separated the themes of games, you don’t see this very often.
While I was playing though, something rather peculiar happened. I went into a game I usually play, Dragon Tribe, and it wasn’t hitting too well, so I moved over to another game, Blood & Shadow, where I lost my balance, down to $0.12. I then wandered back into Dragon tribe where my balance was once again what it was when I initially made my deposit, I won this time (of course) and got my balance up to $22.55. I then exited the game only to find the balance in my account to be back to that $0.12 it was before I went in the second time. This is a major red flag since the balance in your account may not be exactly what it is meant to be, and you will get caught out when it comes to withdrawal time. Platform Compatibility
Pin-Up Casino has an app for Android services through an APK which you will need to download through the website. The Apple version is “expected soon”. Opening the site up on the mobile web version is slow, but it looks very similar to the browser version. It takes some time to log in on the mobile version. Once you are logged in though, it seems to work pretty smoothly, just slow to load up the games on the mobile version. Also, if your screen goes into sleep mode, when you open it up again, it automatically goes back from landscape to portrait mode.
Website Response Time
Everything seems to take very long at this casino. Even opening the casino up on the mobile version, I had to click on “Log In” a few times before the login page even popped up. I was unable to run the site through our usual browser analyst as it kept generating an error message.
Security and Community reputation
The community is not too thrilled about Pin-Up Casino. TrustPilot has a review score of 1.7 out of 5 with many complaints surrounding withdrawal issues. CasinoGuru has a rating of 6.9 out of 10. AskGamblers comes in with a rating of 5.93 out of 10 and there is very little recent discussions regarding Pin-Up casino on Bitcointalk.

For a casino that has been around for 8 years, I expected more. It has all the games, and sports betting capabilities, but the amount of patience needed to successfully play at this casino is much higher than I am willing to give to an establishment that is meant to make me relax, and not frustrate me more. The promotions do seem fun, and the variety of games is great. I would have also liked to explore the PinCoins offering a bit further, however, the “red flags” outweigh my curiosity at this point.
