I had to restart the chat 3 times before actually getting to a human. Once I got to a human, the human insisted on me providing my date of birth when I was simply asking about terms and conditions. Nothing directly relating to my account. This was after my first chat attempt taking over 5 minutes to answer and then the consultant ending my chat due to inactivity. There is no ping or chime when the consultant responds, and if you don’t keep an eye on the chat window, which I didn’t do, the chat will be terminated within 2 minutes of the consultant answering. The consultant redeemed themselves later though with 2 more chats with what seemed like the same consultant each time. The consultant was prompt with their responses, and they didn’t know the exact answer to my one question and sought help to resolve it instead of just sending me away. Redemption. You are also prompted to rate the chat as soon as it is completed, every time you are on a chat, even if it is with the same consultant.

This for me is a major perk of this casino. The terms and conditions are rather sticky, and as the community has mentioned, this could make or break your experience at this casino. The rather high minimum withdrawal limit is also quite a turn off. I played for a good three hours with my $20 deposit and I couldn't achieve the minimum requirement. Another thing I found rather disheartening is that there is no VIP program in this casino. As we usually state, be wise about how much you invest in the casino.
