It is not very easy to understand the benefits and prizes of the VIP Program, so I sent their customer support an email to get some clarity. Their response was not forthcoming unfortunately, but the following day I went on to Live Chat and received the answers I was looking for. Once you have made your first deposit you are automatically added to the VIP program. Once you start wagering, you start accumulating points which lead to increasing in your respective tier. They use the services of various different game providers who have their own rules and regulations about country availability. This is based on Geolocation. When I logged in using my Geolocation in the USA, I had the offering of a limited 32 providers, however, when I changed my location to South Africa I had the option of over 50 providers with a bigger variety of games. Customer Support
This was not a good area for Mirax Casino unfortunately. When I initially started reviewing this casino, Live Chat was not available. I had to send an email to get clarity on the VIP Program. The response I received, 97 minutes after my initial request, was relating to the welcome package and mCoins Exchange, which I didn’t even ask about. I then responded stating this, and received a similar response relating to something I didn’t ask about. I then returned a day later to see that a form of Live Chat was available, or not. The icon was there, but there was no one available for me to chat to initially. It then advised that I send an email and await a response. I opted not to go down this road again so I waited for a Live Chat operator to return to me which took a surprising 10 minutes. It didn’t go too well after that either as the responses took a long time to receive and after a few follow up questions I finally got the answers I wanted regarding the VIP program. The operator was pleasant enough but the response time and lack of understanding with the initial question is alarming in both Live Chat and email support.
Geos and Languages
The only countries that stick out as not allowed are the Netherlands, the UK and USA. Australia, Canada and even Malta are accepted at this casino. Keep this in mind when using your VPN to access this casino.
It seems this casino is only available in English as I was unable to locate any other form of languages anywhere on the site or in other research conducted.
Platform Compatibility
The mobile variant of this casino is remarkable. It looks, feels and works exactly like the web version. Both landscape and portrait versions are equally good and it functions exactly as the web version so you won’t need to scramble to find anything. As you saw it on your PC or Laptop is how you will see it on your phone. Website Response Time
As expected, the response time is slow, even with cookies and historical data. They are new in the game and I am sure they will develop the skill as time goes by. The mobile version is also quite slow to respond, but manageable.

Once you have registered your account you are required to verify your email address. You have the option to add 2FA under your profile, but that seems to be the extent of their security measures.
Quite a mixed bag of reviews out there in the community though. Trustpilot has 50% 5 star reviews with the other 50% being 2 and 1 ratings. AskGamblers seems to have had more luck with the casino than others, but again, very mixed reviews. On Bitcointalk.org we have Mirax listed as a good alternative for Stake.com, but not much more information beyond that.

Conclusion
Mirax is a new casino, we have discussed this, and they do have quite a way to go, but if you put their support issues and one or two other minor quirks aside, it is a fun and entertaining online casino. In my opinion, not the next best thing. We have seen other newer casinos doing better in terms of RTP and going that extra mile which really divides online casinos these days. The VIP Program, once I eventually understood it, is quite enticing and encourages one to easily become a Whale. As we always say, start small and work your way up, I had a good time and can only hope you do too.
