There is only 1 available promotion with LTC Casino which is a bit disappointing as it isn’t as glorious as I would hope, coming from a Crypto Casino. The promotion they run is a monthly tournament which is broken up into 4 parts. They start and finish at 00:00 UTC every Friday.
Each week they provide cash prizes and free sins which add up to $14,000 and 20,000 free spins on a selected game. Only bets placed on Slots count towards the tournament. The wagering on the prizes are 3 times for the cash prizes and then 10 times for the free spins payouts.
You will be credited with the winnings, but you will need to activate them within 2 days of receiving them, and complete the playthrough within 7 days to withdraw funds from the bonuses.
VIP Program
LTC Casino does not offer any sort of Loyalty or VIP program which is quite disappointing, this is a fun casino and the only additional benefit of playing here would be the tournament.
Coins and Payments
The currencies available to choose from are: BTC, ETH, XRP, LTC, DOGE and USDT (ERC20 and TRC20). The minimum deposit amount does depend on the coin you have chosen to deposit in, for example, the minimum for LTC is $0.70 but the minimum for USDT is $5. For BTC the minimum is $4.50. If you selected the incorrect coin on registration, all you will need to do is click on the blue “+” button and choose the coin you would like to deposit in and add it to your wallet selection. For this review, I will be using USDT with TRC20 to make the deposit.
My deposit took roughly 2 minutes to arrive in my casino account at a fee of $3. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100 and it is a little tricky to find where to withdraw. I waited on a live chat for 20 minutes before someone responded. There was no name for the person who I chatted to, however, they were really quick with their responses, and were very helpful even if it took really long for them to respond. You can also refer to their in-depth FAQs for more information if you do not have time to wait for the Live Chat operator to return to you. I found that LTC Casino is very informative, but you need to read through quite a bit before you locate the exact answer you are looking for.
There is very little online presence when it comes to social media. I was unable to locate any Telegram, Instagram, Facebook or X (Twitter) accounts specifically for this brand.

I didn’t have any issues with the response time provided by the casino. Since it is a simplistic and easy site to navigate, it helps with loading times and lagging issues you may experience with other crypto casinos. The reputable site we use to test websites came up with a very different result, it gave a low to medium result stating that initial response time is delayed, and that LTC Casino needs to work on their caching policies.
Platform Compatibility
LTC Casino have managed to translate the site into a mobile friendly version which works just as well as it does on Google Chrome. I had a great time using the mobile casino, especially in Landscape mode as the menus and filters work brilliantly on this platform. A few of the games only opened up in portrait mode, but that is a setting placed by the game provider and LTC Casino has no control over that. This limitation did not stop me from having fun with the games on my phone though, it is just a minor inconvenience having to flip from one setting to another, especially if you are on the move.
Security and Community reputation
The community is not very happy with LTC Casino, with very low ratings across the board. Many accusations of payouts not being completed and the fact that LTC casino doesn’t have a license also weighs heavily on the community. There are a few recent posts about withdrawals being withheld on Bitcointalk which are alarming, and we see many Trustpilot posts regarding the RTP on different games played at LTC Casino. What concerns me the most is there is no presence or response from LTC Casino on either platform.

Verdict
Having spent quite some time combing through the options available by LTC casino, they really do limit themselves in terms of opportunity and retention. With 1 promotion, which really isn’t a promotion, and no loyalty or VIP program, there is very little incentive to return to LTC casino, unless you hit a big win, of course. The amount of negative reviews and the reports of unfair RTP did leave a really bad taste in my mouth. The lack of license also made me quite weary to continue playing with LTC, and then the long wait for Live Chat to respond to me, these were major red flags when playing here.
It is not all doom and gloom though! It is an anonymous casino, which allows many more players the opportunities to comfortably enjoy crypto gambling. If you are from a restricted state or country, then this would be one of the few casinos available to play at, however, if you are lucky enough to not have those restrictions, I would stay clear from LTC Casino.
