First impressions & account setup
The first impression Crashino gives you isn't the best. The layout, buttons, font seem a bit out of date. As if something is missing. However, as one navigates the site which has a clear crypto orientation with rockets and planets mixed with cryptocurrencies' logos in the background, he is starting to think this was intentional in order to have a more basic crypto feeling approach. We do not know but despite the outdated layout, Crashino is pretty easy to use.
The colors which dominate are purpe and blue with some white details. In the header there are shortcuts to crypto games, casino, live casinos, sports and promotions. Next to those is the deposit button and right next to it your balance and your profile. Scrolling down the homepage you will find game catefories similar to those in the header, the hottest promotions and some more information about Crashino and crypto gambling in general. At the footer one can find the social media profiles, the coins available for deposit, shortcuts to terms, games and other standard info.
As Crashino emphasizes on anonymous play, the registration process is very simple. It requires an email address and a password. Email address verification isn't required at this stage so if you want to just test the brand you can use any random details. Interestingly while it's not requested upon registration, players can add their mobile phone in their accounts later on to be able to better control it. This does refute the complete anonymity in countries where phone numbers are registered under specific individuals but in the US or UK one can easily get an anonymous pay-as-you-go SIM.

Promotions
When we were reviewing Crashino, there were sixteen active promotions. Those includes all types of bonuses, no deposit bonuses, tournaments, free spins, match bonuses, cash backs, free bets and others. We particulalry liked the two social promos. Satoshi Special which awards players ten no deposit spins for joining Crashino's Telegram group and Tweet and Play where players get a chance to win $50 fer retweeting and playing on every Wednesday's Tweet and Play post.
While it;'s true Crashino's bonus offering is very generous the x40 playthrough requirement is pretty high. So enjoy the free bonuses but if you are using your own balance better to avoid activating bonuses otherwise it will be difficult for you to cover the wager requirement.
Games
In total there are 3000 games available on Crashino; enough to keep you busy for a while. Crypto games have an honorary position being a separate category including classics like Plinko, Heads & Tails, Mines, Dice and more recent releases like Bomb Squad, AstroBoomers Turbo and Football Manager. The majority of the crypto games is of course provably fair.
There is also the casinos and the live casino. Slots of various types including megaways and jackpot slots consist the majority of crypto games while the live casino doesn't miss any important game; poker, blackjack, roulette, monopoly, teen patti, andar bahar, dragon tiger, nothing is missing. All games, live, crypto or regular are provided from top tier software providers like Evolution, Ezugi, Vivo and Pragmatic. The total number of game providers at the moment is seventyone, way above average.
Crashino's sportsbook is also very well built. Bettors wil find there live betting, eSports and virtuals. The betting picks for both sports and esports are many. From football and surfing to Call of Duty and Valorant. An ugly surprise was when we calculated Crashino's sportsbook margin which was on average close to 10%. Some games had below 5% but these were the exception only.
Coins & payments
Deposits on Crashino are possible only using cryptos via NomiPay. The chains available are BTC, USDC (ERC-20), DAI (ERC-20), ETH, BCH, LTC, DOGE, TRX, BNB, SOL and USDT (TRC-20 BEP-20, ERC-20 and ERC 20). After deposits your funds will be converted to one of the following fiat currencies: USD, BRL, CAD, EUR, INR, RUB, AUD and NZD. Upon withdrawal, your balance will be once again converted to one of the cryptocurrencies available via NomiPay. Crashino justifies this explaining that fiat currencies are more convenient to be displayed because of the providers' setting and bet limits.
It's a fair point but we'd rather have the option to switch between fiat and cryptos. Otherwise go can play at William Hill.
Customer support
Customer support on Crashino is not the best to put it nicely. It's available via email and live chat but when we tried testing the live chat function we had to try three times until we got an answer but even then it wasn't so easy. Selena answered one question until she was disconnected and Miranda came in and then Mark. It's not the first time we bump into poor CS but it's never pleasant. To be fair to Mark he did eventually answered our questions but the overall experience was poor. Support is available in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Russian.
Geos & languages
Unlike the support languages available, the Crashino platform is available in English, Portuguese, Russian and German but no Spanish.
The nicest feature probably of Crashino is the open endorsement of VPN usage. The brand's aim is to establish itself as an anonymous crypto casino accessible from anywhere in the world. So as it's mentioned on BitcoinTalk, the casino will not request players to share personal documents like passport or driver's license. However, point 4.5 of terms and conditions state:
Enhanced due diligence will be conducted by a number of methods, including but is not limited to: • Verification based on personal documents e.g. passport, identity card, proof of address, etc. • Social media and publicly held data • Privilege information from other operators, sources • Financial or corporate data • Third-party data providers.
The operators response is that this clause will be used only in cases of suspected fraud or underage gambling. How someone becomes suspect of underage gambling is mysterious but what's evident is you will not be requested to prove your ID for relatively small cashouts.
Security & Community reputation
When it comes to licensing, Crashino doesn't one. They openly endorse the usage of VPN so players from around the world has access. Not even the Curaçao authorities would not accept that so if you want anonymous gambling, you must take some risks. The site is SSL encrypted provider a layer of security to players.
Despite its short age Crashino's presence on social media and forums is easily noticeable. There is official accounts and chats on all major social media platforms including Reddit, Telegram and Discord. Some accounts like Twitter aren't particular popular or active but they are there. Moreover, Crashino's official BitcoinTalk thread is very busy. User comments are mixed with many questioning Crashino's ability to not conduct KYC and whether this makes them safe or not. Time will tell both. From our side we value the fact that the Crashino team is answering directly most comments and that they spend precious time to answer people's queries whatever those may be.
Alternatives
Since Crashino markets itself as an anonymous pure crypto casino and sportsbook accepting players from around the world three similar but slighly different alternatives are:
-
NitroBetting which has a much poorer casino offering with five game providers but it's online since 2013 so won't disappear with your winnings and it has much better odds for sportsbetting
-
Vera casino thanks to its superior casino product with over six thousand games but if you go for it bear in mind the coins available are only five and there is no betting.
-
BitDice because it also has an "all countries accepted" policy and endorses VPN usage to access games which the providers might not make available in your location. On the downsides, no betting here either.
Conclusion
We like Crashino a lot because it promotes anonymous gambling around the globe which is what we are looking for. Whether it's safe and that message isn't just a marketing trick to lure unsuspicious players and disappear with their stash we don't know. Judging by our experience and players' feedback online, Crashino is safe to play with crypto and it's great fun too.
