Coins and Payments
Making a deposit with Bspin can be tricky if you are not using BTC to deposit with. When you click on the “Deposit” button at the top of the screen you are immediately and only prompted to deposit using BTC.
To change the currency you wish to deposit with, you can update your wallet on the far right hand side, or head to the deposit page as indicated at the bottom of the page.
Once you have arranged your currencies as you would like them, you simply need to make the deposit using the QR code or the wallet address.
The minimum deposit with Bspin is $5 (or the equivalent in the crypto coin you have chosen). My deposit took less than a minute to arrive in my casino account which was very impressive!
I was able to make a really small withdrawal, for testing purposes. In order to withdraw, you need to head to “Account” and then to “Cashout” and select the coin you are playing in. You will not be able to withdraw using a different coin to what you have deposited in.

Verdict
For a casino that claims to be No.1 online, there is a tonne for Bspin to do to get there. Live Chat not being available 24/7 is a major red flag for us. The website not responding exactly as intended is another issue which needs to be addressed. I do enjoy the loyalty program and the Backpocket offerings they have, it softened the blow of the lack of support marginally. There are many ways you can personalize your account as well, such as selecting your wallet and base coin to bet in. I also enjoy that they show the RTP on each game before you are in it, but definitely not No.1.
