It is a very minimalistic design and everything you need is right at your fingertips for both mobile and browser gambling. You will see a small menu showing your username, which is important - take note of this - your balance in USD, the Casino Lobby, the Cashier and then a Logout button.
I have immediately noticed a few graphical hiccups on the home page, but we will discuss this in greater detail further in the review. Account Setup
BitBet claims creating an account is as easy as 1, 2, 3, so let’s go through the steps and see if they are correct. From the moment you click on “Join Now” you can see it’s not as easy as they make it out to be.
You are required to insert your personal information straight off the cuff. You are required to insert your first and last name, a contact number and the country you are playing from. There is a limit of the length of your password, 10 characters, which raised my eyebrow. You are required to complete a security question on registration which will be used as a verification question when you process a withdrawal, so be sure to choose one you will recall in the heat of the moment. Once you have completed the information requested, you are taken to a welcome page which provides you with your unique account number. You will receive a verification email confirming that this is the username they will request of you when you log back in so be sure to take note of it. You are also given the option to make a deposit from here, or you can head to the lobby where you can choose from two casino styles to play on. I appreciate this and not the forceful shove to immediately make a deposit.

BitBet works completely differently to any other casino I have played in. It is like a holding facility for other “casinos”. You can select which of the available casinos you wish to play on and then the games specific to that casino will become available to you. Blackjack Tournament
When playing BlackJack in the Casablanca Casino, from Tuesday to Monday. The Ace card in every Natural 21 will show a picture of one of the top NHL, NFL or NBA player. The more Ace cards you collect, the more will show on your personal leaderboard. You will then earn the equivalent of average bet multiplied by the total number of winnings players you have collected. This reward is credited to your account as a Cash Bonus with no roll over.
VIP Program
Since this is a non-conventional Crypto Casino that we have come to love lately, there is no VIP or Loyalty program available. Just pure, simple and effective crypto gambling.

Customer Support (and languages)
Customer Support is tricky at BitBet casino. There is no live chat or support option at first glance.
Once you have headed through to the deposit platform, there is a contact number and Live Chat portal available to use. I tried over a few days and different times of the day, but Live Chat was never online to take my chat. I then went into “Info” and then “Request an Update” and was able to trigger a notification through an automated service and received a response within 25 minutes, but not human touch at all. Everything was automated. There are X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels available to follow and they are rather active on those platforms, there are messaging options available with both Facebook and X which should assist with some help if you require additional services.
As far as I can see, the casino is only available in English. There is no option to change the language in the casino, there is no Dashboard where you can update your information and there is no flag section showing otherwise.
Site Response Time
I had no issues navigating the website, however, when running the site through a performance checker, they were unable to actually pull a report based on the following:
“The SSL certificate for this site is not trusted in all web browsers”.
As long as you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge you shouldn’t have any gaming issues.
Platform Compatibility
The webpage worked really well playing on Google Chrome. I never had many delays or any issues, besides a graphical issue when scrolling up and down. The Background image drags when you scroll up and down on the registration page slowly. It’s not a big issue, rather just a noticeable “feature”. While playing on my phone, I didn’t experience any glitches or issues like this funnily enough. It ran as smoothly as it did on the browser version.
Security and Community reputation
When it comes to account security, BitBet has a unique functionality in the form of a “security question”. If you wish to make a deposit, update your password, or process a withdrawal, you will be asked this security question. You need to select it on creation of the account, and then input an answer. When it comes to verification you need to provide the exact same answer, punctuation must be the same, spacing must be the same, it has to be identical to proceed to the next step in the process.
With BitBet being a long standing casino, there are many posts on Bitcointalk however there is nothing recent to report on this platform. The most recent post relating to BitBet was in 2015 and it was an advert posted on their behalf. Looking online for other more recent opinions from the community, I found that overall the community is not too happy with BitBet casino. There are many flags relating to the limited games available, lack of support and information being hidden from players.
Verdict
The limited amount of games, and infrequent availability of customer support makes for tricky gaming enjoyment. Scouring through the internet for feedback or guidance, since I didn’t quite understand how the casino worked at first, there was very little positive information relating to this casino. One of the biggest perks this casino offers is its availability to USA and Canadian players. The Costa Rican licence doesn’t hold much weight in the greater Crypto Gambling arena. I appreciate that they are very public about their Provably Fair gaming options and statistics. Personally, this casino was not for me. I didn’t get any fulfilment out of playing here. My deposit took 43 minutes to arrive and lasted 5 minutes in game time.
