There is a lot to take in when you open up SirWin for the first time. It is visually loud and obnoxious at first glance but once your eyes have adjusted, you start to see the beauty and detail in the images.
The color scheme is a green (assumingly for money), greys and whites and these colors work really well together. The logo is simply the name with an image of a regal bookmaker between the words. There is a band of images spelling out S-I-R-W-I-N which individually head to different areas of the casino, but areas not specifically starting with an S or I or R, and so on. The S sends you to Slots, the I sends you to Casino, R sends you to Sportsbook, W sends you to Turbo Games, the second I sends you to Virtual Games, and the N sends you to the promotions page.

Coins and Payments
SirWin is a Crypto exclusive casino which means that you are not able to Fiat at this casino in any way or form. There is not even an option to purchase crypto using Fiat options, so be sure to come prepared.
The crypto coins available to use to deposit and withdraw are: BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20 only), TRX, DOGE, BNB, LTC, XRP.
The minimum amount required to make a deposit at SirWin is $1 and the maximum is $ 5,000,000.
To make a deposit, you simply need to head to “Deposit” which is the big green button in the top right hand corner. Then select your currency. You are then taken to an external processing portal called “CryptoBoxNinja” where you will need to once again select your currency. You can then scan the QR code or enter the wallet address and process the deposit accordingly.
My deposit was in my casino account within a minute, which was quite impressive, but the fee was quite hefty.
I was not able to process a withdrawal this time, but after some research I was able to find out that all withdrawals are submitted for a short review process and will be paid to you within 24 hours. KYC may be requested should there be any unusual game play patterns or activities found during the review.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $5, and the maximum is $5,000,000 and BNB and LTC are not withdrawable currencies oddly enough.
Customer Support
SirWin offers 24/7 Live Chat support. I tried contacting them twice, the first time was a bit of a disaster with the next one being no different. I asked about a VIP program. I thought this was a simple enough question. The first agent “Mike” didn’t know what I was talking about, and a few hours later, “Joy” was very cagey about it stating that “We are providing all users vip services”.
Look, I might have not worded the question nicely or clearly enough, but their responses were a little confusing. There is a “Contact us” form on the left hand side of the casino for you to send a ticket style communication, or you can send them an email. There is also an X, Instagram and Telegram channel all with messaging functions available.
Geos & Languages
Due to SirWin holding a Curaçao license, there is a relatively long list of countries not permitted to play there. Spain, United Kingdom, Italy, Canada, USA, Israel, British Virgin Islands, Philippines, and Dutch Antilles are the countries that should refrain from registering with SirWin. There is no mention of VPN not being allowed, but it could become a problem if SirWin requests KYC and you are not able to produce it.
You can access the casino in English, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Greek, Turkish, Kurdish and Azerbaijan languages, but Live Chat is only available in English.
Site Response Time
The site responded really well for me. I didn’t struggle with any lagging or games being stuck or any other technical glitches. It was a really pleasant experience in that regard.
I ran the casino through our trusted site and I received a surprisingly low response report. The biggest concerns were network payloads on opening of the casino for the first time and to improve their caching policies. It really didn’t affect my game play though.
Platform Compatibility
SirWin offers a native app for Android as well as Apple. Once you open the casino on your browser you are not prompted to install the app, instead you need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.
Once you have opened the app, it looks much like the standard web browser version.
The casino works really well in Portrait mode, but once you move over to Landscape mode things take a turn. It doesn’t fit! Thankfully, when you enter a game, it takes you to a different external page and the game is visible in the browser.
Security and Community reputation
When you initially register your casino account, you are required to enter quite a bit of personal information making the crypto casino the furthest from anonymous possible. SirWin ensures that the information is encrypted by the latest SSL technology and recommends you set up 2FA on the account, but this is not mandatory. There is no requirement to verify your email address before proceeding to enjoy the casino. If I had to give them a rating based on security, it would be a 3/5.
The community is relatively happy with SirWin. There are some great reviews available showing the low wagering requirements and safety of the casino being the highlights. Due to it being such a new crypto casino, there are unfortunately no updates or news on BitcoinTalk as yet.
Verdict
Overall SirWin is an “okay” crypto casino. There are things to be done which would improve it drastically, like calming down the graphics on first opening or even integrating a VIP or Loyalty program. The Live Support team also really worries me. Having many years of experience in that sector of online crypto gambling and casinos myself, I understand the importance of a great support team. It’s also a massive contrast from the wonderful support I received on their sister casino, HugeWin.
SirWin’s crypto game offerings are great, and I really liked the way they set up the filters for selecting games, down to the providers where you can subsection the game styles even. The speedy deposits and withdrawals are a draw for any player with an itch that needs to be scratched, just keep an eye on the fees. The lower playthrough requirements are also a great touch for this brand, which the crypto gambling community appreciates. As we always say, play responsibly, and enjoy the casino!
